won't stay here again. Staff was lovely though. We had to change rooms due to the lack of cleanliness of the first one. Hair on the bathroom floor. Shower head had pink mold on it. 3rd floor elevator made our room constantly
vibrate and the doors to rattle. 2nd room was cleaner. But the hallway ceiling tiles were very stained. Needs much updating.
Second day one there was a the lake of the system was down with a card, which was not a big deal. The manager was awesome. Try to take care of us until I got it fixed day two was good day three I think every child in Bremerton was at our hotel. Parents were watching their kids kids under the age of 10 was going back-and-forth on the elevator, which made it a long wait because the other elevator was broken the trash that stuck up from the breakfast you got in there and they ate everything so regular gas didn’t have any toys for breakfast. But I think the worst thing of it all was a homeless man got up on the fourth floor that had severe mental issues with these kids not even with their parents yelling. I told him that he removed him. The guy comes down and cussing out going out and he had a bicycle with him. How did somebody like that get up to the fourth floor so we moved her hotels?
The room was a bit dated and was showing its age but everything functioned as it should. Nothing out of the ordinary or stood out as exceptional. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was well prepared and good. Overall I would say it is OK.
Good value for the price. Large tv, good breakfast included, with in 5 min drive to restaurants and stores. Seems like was recently updated. Recommendations would be bettervtv remote, it was time consuming to search live tv channels and the pillows could be a better quality.
Room was immaculately clean. Check in staff was great. Only issue is these hotels have to stop it with these doorless showers, are you trying to get someone to slip on the floor and bring a lawsuit?!
