Breakfast bar was terrific!! Coffee 24/7 in lobby is a big plus!! Pool was nice. Clean and spacious room. The only negative was that the hallway was not vacuumed once during our stay Tuesday through Sunday. There was debris outside our door the entire time.
Melissa at the front desk and Shannon at the breakfast bar were standout employees!!!
The staff were great! Shannon kept the breakfast space clean and well stocked, and the person at the front desk even helped me button the top but on my dress shirt when it was too painful for me to do with my arthritic hands.
Our stay was perfect. Kitchen staff lady not sure her name was so pleasant helpful she should be made your honor staff person for month. She definitely needs to be awarded something. Other guests were commenting every more same as me. Very rare personality don't find wonderful people like her today!
Great location close to beach and thirsty turtle! breakfast was good and dining Area was clean and tidy. Rooms and bathrooms are a little tired and could use a fresh decor
Cuando yegue muy limpio pero estuve dos días y el personal de limpieza apareció coma als 6 de la tarde que dis que iva a limpiar a esa hora cuando ya estaba en la aviación estuve fuera todo el día el desayuno muy vien de vista ala playa es solo el gacho para reservar yo miraba pero para la calle
Holly at check in was great!!! We travel through here every year for the flea across Florida yard sale and stayed here last year. She was also great then and remembered us. From there it went downhill. The shower didn’t have enough pressure to even rinse the soap out of my hair, air conditioner was set on 63 and still hot, we went down for breakfast and sat our coffee on a table and it was so wobbly the coffee spilled all over. There was no staff manning the breakfast bar and no staff offered to help give things to clean it up much less help. The tables had not been wiped off and there was syrup spilled on one of the benches. Probably will not stay here again next year.
